Strength & Aesthetics

To shape your body, weight training is the best tool of choice to sculpt lean muscle and get the look you want. Tim focuses on progressive overload weight training programming to reach your goal physique.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

Count macros for a flexible diet.

Each client gets a specific set of calories/macros. Foods will be weighed and inputted into a calorie counting app. This tracking accuracy allows Tim to change your macros over time as your body gets leaner.

Be heard.

Communication via email & text messages. Communicating successes and areas of improvement will be essential to breaking past plateaus and discovering how strong you can be in fitness and life.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO


 
 
  • Be Committed. Tim will show you the path, but you have to walk it. If you're not dedicated to your own success, then you will not change your physique. Tim can't do the workouts and dieting for you. You must be consistent and committed to the program, which will be the best fit for your lifestyle.
  • Weight Train. This will vary from client to client depending on your ability to do work, recover, schedule, and lifestyle. But, it is necessary to maintain and build muscle and strength! Access to a gym will be key for progressive overload toward your goals.
  • Count Your Macros. This will also vary from client-to-client depending on your individual metabolism, daily activity levels, and athletic experience. Tim will provide you with specific fat, carbohydrate, and protein ranges to strive for. The more accurate you are with tracking, the better adjustments can be made to continue progress without stalling.
  • Track Your Progress. To know that the coaching is working, Tim will provide you with a few spreadsheets to track your macros, weight, weight training, and more! Regular progress pictures must be taken, as well. Without this data, it is impossible to know how you're doing. Tim will guide you step-by-step to ensure improvements in your physique and strength!

I AM YOU.


I'm the guy with the below average genetics. Building muscle is hard for me, and losing fat doesn't come easy, either. I've tried all the oldest and newest fad diets at one point or another: low-carb, low-fat, "clean-eating", etc.

THEY WORKED, BUT THEY NEVER WORKED FOR LONG BEFORE I REVERTED BACK TO THE OLD ME...

...OR WORSE.

That's why I got into personal training and online coaching--

THE SAME MISTAKES I MADE.

A lot more blood, sweat, and tears went into realizing my own potential than was needed. Guidance, accountability, and knowledge were the most important steps I took to get me where I am today.
