The One Year Transformation package is recommended for those:

  • with higher body fat percentage (~16+% for men, ~25+% for women) and higher weight relative to your height & build. A lot of focus on better eating habits and strength training for fat loss and keeping the fat off for the long-term!
  • who want to get started on their contest preparation early (cut some excess fat, maximize metabolism, extreme fat loss for competition, and then reverse diet for reduced rebound of fat gain). Get the entire plan laid out for your particular physique!
  • wanting to maximize strength for powerlifting and getting ready for a specific weight class while revamping they way they eat to perform!
  • who want long-term strength & aesthetic gains. Very good option for "skinny-fat" individuals. Having a high body fat percentage and low muscle mass require more time and effort to reach your potential!

Every package includes individualized macros and training protocols with unlimited communication (via email & text messages) and guidance from Tim's personal experience in the fitness industry!
